It’s a glimpse into the past, through the eyes of the present. The Alva Brothers, after trying to scare celebrities in the jungles of Malaysia have turned their attention to the by lanes of Delhi. The result is a 45 minute film called the 8th City Of Delhi that traces its roots to the seven cities that pre- dates todays New Delhi before exploring the dynamics that comprises the national capital.
